C-12 Final Resistance

If C-12 was released four or five years ago this game would have been considered revolutionary, but sadly C-12: Final Resistance showed up for the dying (but still kicking) PS1 too little too late. The storyline is nothing original (you play as a one man army mowing down hordes of alien enemies hellbent on destroying humanity in a post-apocalyptic future), but the action is well done, and the controls are pretty decent. Graphics are a bit of a setback here though, polygon drop out is aplenty here, not to mention some of the enemies look a little ridiculous. All in all however, C-12 isn't a bad game at all, it just showed up at too late a time. Next-generation only gamers will have no interest in C-12, but if your still holding on to your PS1 (or if thats the only system you own) you'll have a bit of fun with this, and fans of the Syphon Filter series will dig it as well.Buy C-12 Final Resistance!

Final Fight II

Final fight 2 is a nice side scrolling beat em up just like the original. This one you go to different countries, And you still can choose haggar. The moves are pretty sweet to. I love the weapons, knives all that cool stuff. I can play this game forever it is so addicting. Buy Final Fight II!

Final Fantasy II

I've had this game sitting around in my house for a while. It was one of the first few PSP games I picked up. I work in a pretty boring call center and although it's slow, it's not slow enough to finish the books I'm reading, so I decided to bring the ol' PSP along for a ride one day, and just picked this game up to start. I never thought I'd be finishing it, since I really don't like too many JRPG games. To my surprise, this game has held my interest long over the two days of work, and now I'm playing it at home on my day off.

The game is a classic story of evil forces invading a land to take it over (or destroy). You have four characters, all who are beaten down right at the beginning. On your adventure, you have to find your missing crew member, fight off air pirates, and soldiers. It's pretty typical of an JRPG from the SNES days, but trust me, if you're going on vacation and want something to keep your interest, this game is it. I'd write more, but that's it. It's less than [...], so just buy it.Buy Final Fantasy II!

Final Fantasy X-2

This is a difficult review to write because Final Fantasy X is one of my favorite video games of all time, but this direct sequel doesn't really do it justice.

Good: I love that this game takes a whole new twist on the familiar world of Spira. The combat in this game is active, fast-paced, and exciting, and reviving the job system from classic Final Fantasy games makes the combat very in-depth.

Bad: A lot of landscapes, spell animations, sound effects, and other content is recycled from the original Final Fantasy X, making the game look more dated than it should.

Ugly: The storyline and voice acting are unbelievably terrible. Even watching the cut scenes or hearing most of the characters speak is embarrassing.

Overall, the good gameplay is enough to redeem this game's failings. The ability to skip most cut scenes improves the game's replay value tremendously, but if you haven't played Final Fantasy X then this sequel won't hold any value.Buy Final Fantasy X-2!

Final Fantasy Anthology

OK no this game is amazing I bought it when it first came out so I have the cd disc and everything now I was reading some of the reviews that gave it one star and said that ff7 anf ff8 are way better for one ff8 is horrible and ff7 is ok but 6 is on my top 3 rpgs everything about it is just amazing and ff5 is awesome also its really weird but I like it cause its a little different they didn't originally release ff5 in the U.S. and they should of because its awesome. I highly recommend these games, but I'd go for the non greatest hitsBuy Final Fantasy Anthology!
